Otsuka takes pride in offering robust benefit plans to our valuable employees.  We encourage you to take the time to carefully review the information on this site to ensure that you make the best benefit decisions for you and your family.

Benefits Eligibility

You’re eligible to participate in the Otsuka benefits program if you are a regular, full-time employee or a part-time employee scheduled to work at least 15 to 30 hours per week.

 

Eligible Dependents

You may enroll your eligible dependents for certain levels of benefit coverage. Eligible dependents include:

  • Your spouse or domestic partner

​

  • Your children or your domestic partner’s children, up to age 26

 

If you’re enrolling anyone other than yourself, you may be required to provide proof of their eligibility. You may not enroll any dependents without enrolling yourself in Otsuka’s plans.
